Switch BBM account/id on Android or iOS

   For all of you that have downloaded BBM app on your Android or iOS phones/gadgets, you follow all the instructions until you managed to sign in. Now any one managed to switch your blackberry id/account ?

I have tried many things, the closest I can get is to edit your BBM ID details, but not the BBM id itself. If BBM developers provide the Sign In feature, I'm guessing they completely forgot about the Sign Out feature. They might work their ass of and forgot about this basic foundation.

Anyway, after suffering trying this and that, what I can tell you, the only way to do this is by re-installing the app and do all the initiation steps all over again.

Display YM (Yahoo Messenger) Notification

After doing some research over the internet, I found out the simplest way to display yahoo messenger notification in your website.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Copy and paste the script inside this text box below.

2. You need to change "your_yahoo_id" with your real yahoo id. If you notice you will need to do 2 changes.

You can change the icon of online/offline by changing the value of "t=2". Here are some references for changing the icon:

Content Feed to your Website using MagpieRSS

When you create a website, sometimes you confuse of what content to put or to fulfil inside your website. What about if you can get a content feed right to your website?

Yes, content feed is what you need!!!

There are tons of RSS feed out there that beg you to be aggregated. It is quick and painless by doing this rather than you write the whole blocks.

I will show you how to aggregate this by using PHP.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Download the Magpie scripts from http://magpierss.sourceforge.net

   Now, why do I choose Magpie?

   MagpieRSS, affectionately known as Magpie, is an RSS and Atom parser for PHP. It allows you to display the newest articles from websites with RSS or Atom feeds on your own site. This is a great way to add new, fresh, and relevant information to your site. It parses RSS 0.9, RSS 1.0, and has some support for RSS 2.0 as well as Atom 0.3

   What is the requirement to use Magpie?

   Your server must support PHP version 4.2.0 with XML support, or PHP5 with libxml2 support.

2. Simply extract the file and upload the following files to your server: rss_fetch.inc, rss_parser.inc, rss_cache.inc, and rss_utils.inc and the entire directory named extlib. You can put theses files in any directory in the root of your webserver.

3. Here I give you my sample script:

what I do as now ...

I have a full time job as a Project Manager in a Content Provider company. It's a Mobile Phone business/industry. It has rich content download, like color graphics (wallpaper,animation), mono graphics (pict message, operator logo), ringtones (mono,poly, truetones&rbt), java games and video caller/ringer. It also has a text message applications that can run as a quiz, polling, artist info/diary or just a regular info. I used to develop the applications for Aggregators, Web, Wap, STK, UMB/USSD, CMS (Content Management System) and Text Application. For now, I spent most of the time by making deals for music projects with publishers/labels, managing the content team productions and selling contents in print ads and aggregators (Umb, Web&WAP).

Besides my full time job, I'm currently working on several applications. There are ERP, eSchool and eProperty. The eSchool and ERP are consider done, just left with the maintenance. Right now my focus is on eProperty application. Hopefully I can finish the eProperty application in these two weeks. For me, the knowledge that I've got is the most important thing. There are many advantages to create a software in variety fields. Besides learning new tricks in programming, I also can learn how other people operate their business. By having this knowledge, I can easily talk 'business' with lots of people. This knowledge might also be useful in the future. Who knows that I can own a school or own a property company? We never know what will happen in the future. What I do now is to keep learning new things and sharpen my skills. I'm really glad that I still have some applications to work on.

I'm hoping that I can move to a new location, preferably in the United States with my fiancee (soon to be my wife). Why ? In other country, people who work in IT field can make more income or another words, they're being more appreciated. Well, that's all for now. I will keep posting for you all.
